    1 tablespoon sugar

    Hot cooked pasta

    Grated Mozzarella dairy product

Chicken Cacciatore Recipe Directions

Chicken Cacciatore Recipe | Dust chicken with flour. Season with pepper and salt. Inside a large skillet, brown chicken on every side in oil and butter over medium-high. Remove chicken to platter.

In same skillet, prepare and stir the onion, celery, pepper and mushrooms for five minutes. Stir within the tomato plants, tomato sauce, tomato paste, wine or water, herbal treatments, garlic clove and sugar. Provide a boil. Reduce warmth cover and simmer for half an hour.

Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer for 45-an hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with Mozzarella dairy product. Yield: 6 portions.
